Club Overview

The Pines Figure Skating Club (Pines FSC) is a non-profit organization sanctioned by the US Figure Skating Association. We serve over 175 club members operating from our home rink, Pines Ice Arena in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Pines FSC prides itself in providing the best guidance and nurturing environment to our club figure skaters of all ages and skill levels. Pines FSC is also host to a variety of educational and social events that cater to the ice skating community including the "Pines on Ice" annual fundraiser.

 
Purpose

The purpose of Pines Figure Skating Club is to provide instruction, practice, and advancement of the members in free skating, dancing, and all types of figure skating; to encourage and cultivate a spirit of fraternal feeling among ice skaters; to sponsor, to produce or cooperate in the production of amateur ice carnivals, exhibitions, competitions, and shows; and, generally to do and perform such other acts as may be necessary, advisable, proper, or incidental in the realization of the objectives and purposes of this organization; and to carry out the general policies of the United States Figure Skating Association.
